Now local options can be used along with autocmd for specific file type configurations.
Fixes:
- Unnamed register content is not lost on visual mode.
- Use noremap where appropiate.
- Wrapping a single empty line works as expected.

e0b8ef45ec - Fix: Recursive right delimiter deletion. 
- Fix: Nested empty delimiter pairs would jump to the right instead of inserting the closing delimiter.
- Fix: New buffers didn't have mapping set.

- Last changes to documentation (for now).
- Now the presence of delimitMate_testing will let me work better.
- Changed some variables from global to local.
- Changed how visual wrap finish:
	* If left delimiter is used then finish in normal mode.
	* If right delimiter is used then finish in insert mode.
