* Remove PathLike from finders
Django really requires these paths to be str. For example, in
FileSystemFinder, .find(path) calls .find_location(…, path, …) which
evaluates path.startswith(prefix) and path[len(prefix) :]; these don’t
work on arbitrary PathLike objects.
