[shell] don’t needlessly escape . in shell pattern

Browse Source 
`find`’s `-path`-option is described to use shell patterns (i.e. POSIX’ pattern
matching notation).

In that, `.` is not a special character, thus escaping it shouldn’t be
necessary.
