Junegunn Choi dc384afb70 Terminate resize notification when Loop exits
- Pass Loop context to notifyOnResize
- Windows: stop polling goroutine, close CONOUT$ handle on ctx.Done
- Unix: unregister SIGWINCH handler on ctx.Done
