Drop 3.3 tests from travis

They are causing only problems now that Python3.3 is deprecated. See e.g. https://travis-ci.org/davidhalter/jedi/jobs/381881020.
Also as a solution approach: https://github.com/davidhalter/jedi/pull/1125.
