Skip some 3.3 tests for travis
...
Python 3.3 on travis doesn't have zip support compiled.
Just ignore tests since 3.3 is End-of-Life anyway.

Fix namedtuple support
...
There were a couple issues:
- namedtuple with one member didn't work
- namedtuple content access was never possible
- operator.itemgetter didn't work properly. Corrected py__bool__ for FakeSequence
Fixes #730 .
