Dave Halter	9dece93c13	Don't install the latest pip version anymore in appveyor ... It caused problems. Somehow appveyor (or pip?) changed something. By removing the update mechanism it all works again. I don't really see why we need to update anyway, so I guess I'm fine with how it is now.
