Michael Lee	ec2b9ce97e	Add partial stubs for fractions (#544) ... This commit adds some incomplete stubs for the fractions module. In particular, this commit does not add type signatures for the more complex functions (such as `__add__`), and just leaves their types as effectively `Any`.	2016-09-14 16:40:17 -07:00
