* optparse.OptionParser.epilog is a string

* optparse.OptionParser.prog is string

* optparse.OptionParser.values is Values

Shuffle code to resolve forward reference

* optparse.OptionParser.*option_list is a list of Options

* optparse.OptionParser.parse_args returns 2-tuple
