405df92c21 Set filetype based on node shebang 
Recognizes the node shebang line and sets the filetype to javascript.
Syntax highlights the shebang as well.

6c21d00079 Stop code folding by default. 
There is no reason to force this on users.  Let people opt in, in their
own .vimrc.
