The other methods are only capable of supporting a single domain, ruling out the possibility of supporting GitHub Enterprise.

In addition to [fugitive.vim][], [Curl](http://curl.haxx.se/) is
required (included with OS X). There are 5 ways you can tell
rhubarb.vim your GitHub credentials:
required (included with OS X).
1. In a netrc:
Provide your GitHub credentials by adding them to your netrc:
echo 'machine api.github.com login <user> password <password>' >> ~/.netrc
2. In Git:
There is not currently built-in support for OAuth, but you can add a token to
your netrc if you fetch it by hand:
git config --global github.user <user>
git config --global github.password <password>
3. In your shell:
export GITHUB_USER=<user>
export GITHUB_PASSWORD=<password>
4. In Vim:
let g:github_user = '<user>'
let g:github_password = '<password>'
5. With an API token:
let g:RHUBARB_TOKEN = '<token>'
echo 'machine api.github.com login <token> password x-oauth-basic' \
>> ~/.netrc
