Subject: [PATCH] Add basic syntax files

 - Set the filetype to "vue" for files with a .vue extension
 - Define regions for <template>, <style>, and <script> tags
 - Include HTML, CSS, and JavaScript syntax highlighting for the <template>,
   <style>, and <script> regions
