David Wood 6aeb462171 Add nixpkgs-fmt fixer. 
This commit adds a fixer for the Nix language, nixpkgs-fmt
(https://github.com/nix-community/nixpkgs-fmt).

David Wood 20cc6d3e05 Remove /bin/ls assumption. 
On some systems, notably NixOS, there is no `/bin/ls` and thus this test
can fail unnecessarily on those systems. This commit uses
`/usr/bin/env ls` which resolves the issue.
