Junegunn Choi b24038960e Fix incorrect --query option in completion 
s:complete_trigger should prepend the default options instead of
appending them. The bug was introduced in 25ea637.

/tmp/foo<ctrl-x><ctrl-f> should give fzf prompt "/tmp/" and default
query "foo". But it used to give "/tmp//tmp/foo".

Junegunn Choi b9b275a897 Ignore Funcref actions in g:fzf_action 
A Funcref action in g:fzf_action only handles a list of file paths so
they can't be used to open windows.

Junegunn Choi 348a57a4a4 Allow fzf#complete to take hash argument with sink 
This allows us to use the return value of fzf#wrap function with
fzf#complete.

This commit also removes obsolete g:fzf#vim#default_layout and
fzf#vim#layout.
