Junegunn Choi ca0b3b6fd7 Fixes for Cygwin ...

- Update install script to download Windows binary if $TERM == cygwin
- Unset TERM if $TERM == cygwin (#933)
- Always use cmd.exe instead of $SHELL when running commands
