Contrary to the Python 2.7 docs at https://docs.python.org/2/library/profile.html#module-cProfile, these modules do not have exactly the same interface. Jelle Zijlstra	ed4f9e9b0b	urlencode: change parameters to Any instead of AnyStr (#715 ) The implementation of this function calls str() on all arguments, so it accepts any object (https://hg.python.org/cpython/file/3.5/Lib/urllib/parse.py#l801).
