OGINO Masanori 21be2c48e2 Follow CR-html5-20140429. 
Now interactive elements are omitted from HTML5 and postponed to HTML
5.1. Stay tuned.

OGINO Masanori 51b0a491da Update html5-elements.vim to W3C CR 2014-02-04. 
Moving canvas to Scripting, adding/removing some elements and sorting
sections in line with the spec.
