Subhaditya Nath 2958782ef4 Allow modifiers for on-demand-loading commands 
Before this commit, commands like this -
	:tab Git diff HEAD^ HEAD
were interpreted like this -
	:Git diff HEAD^ HEAD
This commit fixes that issue.
