* Buffer updates now managed by __main__ loop with buf_q.
* Synchronous neovim install temporarily provided by python installer.
* Known issues:
*   No ctrl-c/interrupt support on nvim.
*   Graphical bug: https://github.com/neovim/python-client/issues/103
